Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility & Applications

• Age Requirement: Members must be 18 years of age or older (Valid photo ID may be required upon signup.)
• Approval: All memberships are subject to approval by Lounge management. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone without disclosing a reason. A membership will be required for each lounge across the UK.
• Account Accuracy: Members must provide accurate personal details (Name, Email, Phone Number) and update the Lounge immediately regarding any changes.

2. Membership Types, Fees, & Renewals

• Fees: Membership fees are detailed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to current members.
• Billing:
  • Monthly Memberships: Billed automatically each month via the payment method on file.
  • Annual Memberships: Paid upfront and valid for one calendar year from the date of activation.
• Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations: Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Lounge Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a premium and safe experience for everyone, members and their guests must adhere to the following rules:

🎱 Equipment & Table Etiquette

• Respect the equipment: No food, drinks, or smoking/vaping are allowed on or directly over the pool/billiard tables and dart lanes.
• Trick Shots & Jump Shots: Extreme trick shots or intentional jump shots that risk damaging the cloth, cues, or dartboards are strictly prohibited unless authorized by staff.
• Dart Safety: Darts must only be thrown at designated dartboards from behind the throw line (oche). Never throw darts while someone is retrieving theirs.
• Equipment Care: House cues, balls, and darts must be returned to their proper racks/holders after use. Members are responsible for any damage caused by negligent or reckless use of equipment.

Alcohol & Behaviour

• Outside Refreshments: No outside food or beverages (especially alcohol) are permitted inside the Lounge unless explicitly stated for a private event.
• Intoxication: The Lounge promotes responsible drinking. Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol service and ask any member or guest to leave if they are visibly intoxicated or disruptive.
• Zero Tolerance: Verbal abuse, physical aggression, harassment, discrimination, or illegal drug use will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund. Authorities will be passed members information, along with any CCTV or statements from others.

4. Guest Policy

• Members are entitled to bring guests subject to current lounge capacity and guest fee policies.
• Responsibility: The member must accompany their guests at all times. Members are fully responsible for the behaviour, conduct, and any damage caused by their guests.

5. Bookings, Walk-ins, & Fair Use

• Reservations: Members may reserve tables or dart lanes in advance according to their membership tier benefits.
• No-Show Policy: Reservations not cancelled at least 2 hours in advance may incur a fee or result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
• Fair Use: During peak hours, management reserves the right to limit consecutive playing hours to ensure all members get a chance to play.

6. Liability & Damaged Property

• Personal Property: The Cue & Darts Lounge is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought into the premises.
• Injury: Playing pool, billiards, and darts involves inherent minor risks. The Lounge is not liable for any personal injury sustained on the premises, except where caused by gross negligence of the venue.
• Property Damage: If a member or their guest negligently damages Lounge property (including but not limited to ripping table felt, breaking cues, damaging electronic dartboards, or structural damage), the member will be billed for the full cost of repair or replacement.

7. Termination of Membership

The Cue & Darts Lounge reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership immediately, without a refund, if:

1. The member breaches any part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The member fails to pay membership dues on time.
3. The member engages in conduct that management deems detrimental to the welfare, safety, or character of the Lounge.

8. Amendments

The Lounge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or via prominent signage within the Lounge. Continued use of the facilities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
